I ventured to El Juice Bar SA210 because my typical juice spot was closed for the day. El Juice Bar SA210 is located in the Social Spot which is a food truck park in downtown San Antonio (don't be confused by the picture from a year or so prior). I had to call to find out how to get to the truck and the owner was more than helpful with guiding me there which was excellent customer service BEFORE I even arrived! Now, what did I try on my first visit? I went for the protein shake, "El Chocolate", and an acai bowl, "El Clasico". Each item was made to order and took approximately 15 minutes overall, which was cool. Upon delivering my order, I went straight in to give the El Chocolate a taste and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! I didn't want to put it down and I immediately felt like I should have ordered two instead of one! LOL I found this to be the perfect balance of everything from the peanut butter and banana, to the cocoa and cinnamon. My taste buds were very happy and the drink provided a needed cool on a hot summer day. I saved the acai bowl for a later time by freezing it until I was ready to try it. My go-to and favorite place for açaí bowls. You can see the pride and passion that goes into each and every bowl, shake and juice! I have NEVER had a bad experience and we are there weekly! Go support Local and support Andrew!

Hands down my favorite acai bowl in San Antonio. Had some trouble finding the place first but called and the owner was super nice and gave me directions. Glad I made the drive over here!

As the only full vegan option at el Camino, this açaí truck definitely stands out. The açaí itself was great. We had the tropical option and we thought very good. Sweet and tart, the açaí taste was very present and forward. Many places, açaí to other fruits ratio in the blend often masks the açaí flavor. This truck did it just right. The topping were a great compliment to the bowl. Fresh and juicy fruit, granola and coconut flakes, all added phenomenal textures and flavor pairings. The only reason why I give it 4 starts is because of the portion. The plastic bowl itself is pretty small, and when the toppings are added, the actual açaí blend is minimal.
